This week we talk to Rod Durry (@roddrury some you may know him), we start with paddle boards and how Rod started in the industry. We move onto Access/Visual basic apps (we get a little web geeky). We discus the multiple companies that are now part of the new “Echo system” of tech firms in NZ. We discuss why After-mail came to be, then off course Xero.

We talk about youth employment/grad programmes and how we can help grow the industry via all the small business that are customers of Xero. We even talk gadgets, this interview has everything! Also what do you do after you make it big – “buy your silly cars, then what?” We discuss how companies can help in the communities the are in and build expertise and greater companies that will help evolve New Zealand Inc. (oh and that Flag debate.)

Whats next for Xero…machine learning…automate everything!

Its the end of the beginning for Xero and its the end of the beginning for Access Granted. We also officially launch our new site and our additional broadcast channels today!
