Amazon creates 100,000 jobs for holiday season

Need a job in the holidays?  Hit up Amazon.

One of the world’s largest online trading sites is creating 100,000 jobs across the US in its distribution centres in order to keep up with demand.

The 25,000 permanently hired  employees since August is not enough to meet the demand, last season Amazon hired 80,000.

Founded by Jeff Bezos,  Amazon began in 1995 as a place to buy books through the web.  Within 30 days, Jeff had supplied customers in 50 states and 45 countries… all from his garage in Seattle.

Amazon now has over 97,000 employees worldwide and is worth over 175.1 Billion
